Note: the documents should be reviewed by a lawyer before you enter these URLs into your Discord application.
This Privacy Policy explains how Empress (the “Bot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and handles information when you use the Bot through Discord.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on the features you use, the Bot may process the following categories of information.

When you interact with the Bot, Discord may make certain information available to the Bot, such as:
- Discord user ID;
- Discord username, display name, and related account information;
- Discord server (guild) ID;
- channel ID;
- message ID;
- information contained in messages sent to the Bot;
- roles, permissions, or other information necessary for requested Bot functionality.
We only use information that is reasonably necessary for the Bot’s functionality.
Conversation Data
When you interact with AI-powered features, the Bot may process:
- messages you send;
- conversation context necessary to generate responses;
- selected conversation history;
- configuration or personality settings associated with the interaction.
Depending on the implementation, conversation data may be sent to third-party AI or model providers to generate responses.
Game and RPG Data
If you use RPG features, we may store information such as:
- character data;
- character statistics;
- inventory;
- progression;
- quests;
- game currency;
- achievements;
- other game state necessary to operate the RPG system.
Gacha Data
If you use gacha or collection features, we may store information such as:
- collection data;
- virtual currency;
- obtained characters or items;
- draw history;
- pity or progression counters;
- other information necessary to operate the gacha system.
Technical Information
Our infrastructure or third-party services may automatically process technical information such as:
- timestamps;
- request information;
- error and diagnostic information;
- service logs;
- IP addresses or network information where provided by the relevant infrastructure.
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through the Bot.
2. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- provide and operate the Bot;
- respond to messages and commands;
- generate AI responses;
- maintain conversations where applicable;
- maintain RPG and gacha game state;
- save user or server preferences;
- authenticate or identify interactions;
- troubleshoot errors;
- maintain security;
- prevent abuse;
- improve reliability and functionality;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. AI and Third-Party Model Providers
Some Bot features use third-party AI or model providers.
When an AI feature is used, relevant message content and context may be transmitted to the provider required to generate the response.
The handling of that information may also be subject to the provider’s own privacy policy and terms.
We recommend that you do not send passwords, authentication tokens, financial information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information to the Bot.
4. Discord Data
The Bot receives information through Discord’s platform and APIs.
Our access to Discord information is limited by the permissions granted to the Bot and the information Discord makes available to applications.
Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s own policies.
5. Data Storage
Information required for persistent features may be stored on infrastructure operated by us or by our hosting and service providers.
The types and duration of storage may vary depending on the feature.
For example, persistent RPG or gacha data may need to remain stored so that your progress is available when you return.
We may retain technical logs and diagnostic information for a reasonable period necessary for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or transmit information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the Bot, including:
- Discord;
- AI/model providers;
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- database or storage providers;
- security or monitoring services.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or property of the Bot, its users, or others.
7. Public Discord Servers
Remember that Discord channels may be visible to other members of a server.
Messages posted in public or shared Discord channels should not be considered private merely because they interact with the Bot.
We cannot control what other Discord users may see, copy, save, or share.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
Game data may be retained for as long as necessary to provide persistent game functionality.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymize it.
9. Data Deletion Requests
You may contact us to request deletion of information associated with your use of the Bot.
When making a request, please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account or data without unnecessarily disclosing additional personal information.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.
Deleting certain information may also prevent associated Bot features from functioning.
10. Server Administrator Requests
Discord server administrators may configure, restrict, or remove the Bot from their server.
Depending on the feature, server administrators may also request deletion of Bot data associated with their server.
Individual user data requests remain subject to the limitations described in this Policy.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Bot is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children.
Users should not provide personal information through the Bot beyond what is reasonably necessary to use its features.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information in a manner that should not have occurred, contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by the Bot.
However, no internet service, computer system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. International Data Transfers
Because the Bot may use Discord, AI providers, hosting providers, and other services located in different countries, information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence.
The applicable protections may vary depending on the service provider and jurisdiction.
14. Third-Party Services
The Bot may rely on third-party services whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
These may include Discord, AI/model providers, hosting providers, databases, and other infrastructure providers.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of services they interact with through the Bot.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Bot, its data practices, or applicable legal requirements change.
We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
Where appropriate, significant changes may also be communicated through the Bot or its website.
